Sr. Product Manager. Coordinated across two product teams alongside the Polymesh chain launch.

Context

Polymath was on a mission to launch a purpose-built security token blockchain, Polymesh. I led the development of tooling and dApps on top of the blockchain; including, ETH-POLY bridge, identity management system (KYC/KYB flow), token issuance and management platform and self-custody wallet with dashboard.

    Collaborated with BD team on sales calls to identify user needs, friction points and opportunities for growth.

    Rebuilt KYC/AML onboarding and securities token issuance flows around SEC and OSC compliance constraints.
